More than 1,000 residential projects worth in excess of Bt100 billion are on offer, with promotions designed to boost sales during the last quarter of the year.

For example, Thanasiri Group is offering mortgage deals with zero interest for the first year and no booking fees for its Cluster Ville Ratchaphruek-Sirinthorn, Prime Place The Greenery Bang Yai, and Thanasiri Ratchaphruek projects.

Asian Property Development is promoting two projects, Aspire Sathorn-Taksin condominiums and Pleno Pinklao-Ratchaphruek townhouses, with 5-per-cent discounts and free furniture worth up to Bt200,000.

Vijitra Group is offering discounts of Bt50,000-Bt200,000 for customers who book its residential projects at this event. The company targets Bt50 million in sales from the home show.

Meanwhile, commercial banks and Government Housing Bank are offering special mortgage packages featuring zero interest for the first one or two years.

The Home & Condo Show has been organised by the Thai Real Estate Association, the Housing Business Association and the Thai Condominium Association. They hope to attract at least 100,000 visitors and target Bt3 billion in sales from the four-day event.
